A few tornadoes could be strong and have long tracks on the ground, causing extensive damage. Some businesses shut down because of the weather threat. Flash Flood Watch issued for much of Georgia until 2 a.m. Because of the potential hazard to school buses on roadways in the morning, however, school officials made a decision to cancel classes on Thursday.
