Russia claims to have transcript of President Trump meeting with Lavrov

Putin attacked Trump's critics, describing them as "schizophrenic" in their response to the news that the President had been sharing information with Russian Federation.

Mr Trump has said he shared information about "terrorism and airline flight safety" while meeting foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and ambassador Sergey Kislyak last week.

"There was a call yesterday between the president and prime minister for about 20 minutes", the spokesman said.

The unnamed officials said Israel had previously urged the U.S.to be cautious with the said information.

The White House would not comment on Israel being the source. The Russian Foreign Ministry has dismissed the claims.

The visit had already generated its share of scandal after Moscow released pictures of the closed-door Oval Office meeting showing Trump and Lavrov grinning after White House officials presumed they would not be made public.

"We see political schizophrenia developing in the U.S. These allegations cannot be explained in any other way", Putin said at a news conference with Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni in Sochi.

In January, an Israeli newspaper reported that American intelligence officials warned their Israeli counterparts not to share sensitive information with the Trump administration because of the threat that it could be leaked to Russian Federation.

Bill Cassidy , R-La., was set to appear on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" after saying any GOP bill must pass "the Jimmy Kimmel test". In many states, premiums have been rising and insurance choices dwindling. "I'm already having those discussions", Collins said.

The requests by USA intelligence officials cast doubt on the assertion by the president's aides that the sharing was appropriate.

"We continue to work together and we have confidence in that relationship between us and the United States, that it helps to keep us all safer", May said.

"I can not comment specifically on that", Spicer said.

Trump administration officials at first denied the report by the Washington Post that Trump had shared sensitive intelligence with the Russians.

The New York Times reported Tuesday that Trump asked FBI Director James Comey in a meeting to end the FBI's investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn and his ties to Russian Federation.

The Senate's intelligence committee has also asked the White House for more information on the meeting, according to a spokeswoman. Sources told The New York Times on Tuesday that Israel was that country. Two said, however, that the Israeli operation, one of the West's best windows into ISIS, was in jeopardy in the wake of the president's disclosure. I was in the room.

Meanwhile, in Washington, DC, "Democrats are calling on Republicans to join them in calling for an independent investigation", said Al Jazeera's Kimberly Halkett, reporting from Washington, DC. Other reports had earlier speculated that Jordan had been the source of the information. Susan Collins, R-Maine, said.
